This week we're featuring artists with a connection to The Drive's Birthday Free Concert since this year's event is coming up on Friday. One of our biggest shows happened several years ago with Crosby, Stills and Nash, the legendary supergroup featuring former members of The Byrds, Buffalo Springfield and The Hollies.

This morning we focused on their 1983 live record, Allies, of the few concert recordings ever released by CSN. Most of the performances were taken from early Eighties shows in California with a few songs pulled from a late Seventies concert in Houston. We listened to Side 2... a nice blend of CSN classics and covers of songs by the Beatles, Buffalo Springfield and Joni Mitchell.
