Daylight Again...in the middle of the night!
Posted:Monday, 10/22/2012 at 04:10am by Greg Easterling
We started the new week this morning with Crosby, Stills and Nash and their 1982 release, Daylight Again. At the time, it was only the third album of new material by the original legendary trio(not counting CSNY). Hard to believe, given the major footprint of CSN in classic rock. However personality conflicts and personal issues often kept them at more than arms length for years at a time.

David Crosby was reportedly in poor shape when Daylight Again was recorded although his sole songwriting contribution, "Delta" is quite nice. Tim Schmit(Eagles, Poco) and Art Garfunkel were both recruited to add harmonies. Stills and Nash were up to the challenge as well and helped to create a nice albeit more pop sounding effort.

We flipped the album over and listened to Side 2 this time. The title track which also included "Find The Cost Of Freedom" was a highlight as were "You Are Alive" and "Might As Well Have A Good Time".
