tonight with Foghat and BOC

We wrapped up our week of Overnight Album Sides with Foghat. The current lineup of this legendary blues rock band will be appearing tonight at Chicago's Copernicus Center, corner of Milwaukee and Lawrence along with Blue Oyster Cult. This morning we featured Foghat Live from 1977 which still included most of the original Savoy Brown derived lineup with Lonesome Dave Peverett on vocals. Classics like "Fool For The City" and "I Just Want To Make Love To You", the latter a Chicago blues classic penned by Willie Dixon and once covered by the Rolling Stones. We listened to Side 1 this time. Hope to see you tonight for a live shot of the current band led by drummer Roger Earl.
