Rainforest Adventure Exhibit at Peggy Notebaert Nature Museum
From November 8 - Spring of 2015 the Peggy Notebaert Nature Museum is presenting the family-friendly temporary exhibit Rainforest Adventure. It introduces guests to the beauty and diversity of rainforests, and highlights how these distant ecosystems are influenced by our choices. Complete with five different species of live animals: Blue-throated Macaw (of which only 350-400 remain in the wild), Violaceous-Turaco, Green Tree Python, Powder Blue Poison Dart Frogs and Spectacled Caiman.
