2013 Rabies Vaccine and Microchip Clinics
Cook County Board President Toni Preckwinkle today announced the start of the 2013 Rabies Vaccine and Microchip Clinics. The Department of Animal and Rabies Control will host 32 low-cost, mobile clinics from June through September at various locations throughout the County. The clinics provide a one-year vaccine for only $7 or a three-year vaccine for $21. Microchips cost $10 for dogs and cats. The rates are a fraction of the cost charged by private practitioners.
