Save-A-Pet no-kill rescue and adoption center in Grayslake, Illinois provides a safe haven for abused, neglected, injured, or lost dogs and cats, never rejecting an animal due to age, health, breed, or temperament. Since 1972, Save-A-Pet has saved over 40,000 lives. The fantastic Tuxedos for Tails Dinner & Auction on Saturday, November 8 raises critical funds necessary for Save-A-Pet to continue saving lives and expanding families.    RAINBOWS is a not-for-profit, international organization that offers training and curricula for establishing peer support groups in churches, synagogues, schools or social agencies. These curricula are available for children and adults of all ages and religious denominations who are grieving a death, divorce or any other painful transition in their family.

    Remember Mike 
   Michael Ross passed away on Feb.7, 2011. He had survived a traumatic brain injury from an accident in 1989. Mike attended Camp Wilderness Endeavor, an overnight camp sponsored by the Brain Injury Assoc. of IL. Mike participated in horseback riding, swimming, canoeing, archery, etc. Let's remember Mike by creating fundraising events to raise $$ for the BIA of IL.
