Join The Drive at Moving Day Chicago 2014

Help do whatever it takes to beat Parkinson's disease! Join The Drive at the 3rd Annual National Parkinson Foundation's Moving Day Chicago, to raise awareness and funds for research, treatment, and outreach. This family-friendly event is in Chicago's Lincoln Park, on Sunday morning, October 19. Don't want to walk? Come anyway - there's lots to do in the Movement Pavilion, Resource Pavilion, and kids' area. Maybe you can even get a free massage! For more information, CLICK HERE.

   You can help bring the magic of reading and the love and respect for animals to kids in need! Volunteer for Sit Stay Read, an organization that partners specially trained reading assistance dogs with children learning to read in Chicago area schools, libraries and community facilities.    Special olympics provides year-round sports training and competition in several different Olympic type events for children (8+) and adults with mental retardatuion or closely related disabilities. The traing and events allow for participants to develop skills, physical fitness and pariticipate in the sharing of gifts and skills with friends and families.
